🔁 Return & Replacement Policy

We believe in fair dealing and customer satisfaction.

✅ Eligible for Replacement / Return if:

  • Item received is damaged

  • Item is defective

  • Item is wrong or missing

📹 Mandatory Requirement

  • Unboxing video is compulsory
    The video must be:

    • Continuous (no cuts)

    • Clearly showing the parcel label and product condition

❌ Claims without unboxing video will not be entertained.

⏱ Claim Time

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims after 48 hours will not be accepted.


❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind

  • Color/design variation (minor differences)

  • Damage caused after use

  • Electrical items damaged due to voltage issues or misuse

  • Refused or unaccepted COD parcels


🔧 Warranty Policy (If Applicable)

  • Warranty (if mentioned on product page) is checking warranty only, unless stated otherwise.

  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, water damage, or electrical surge issues.

  • Warranty claims require:

    • Original packaging

    • Invoice

    • Unboxing or usage proof (if requested)


🚚 Refused / Undelivered Orders

  • If an order is confirmed and refused at delivery, delivery charges may be recovered from the customer.

  • Re-dispatch will only be done after advance payment.
